Damn.

So sad.

Greg Beck died yesterday.

I lurked on his blog for a long time.

The day he left a comment on my blog, I almost had a heart attack - like a celebrity had sought me out. In reality, this guy grew up literally blocks from where I live. I was so star-struck.

Since then, we traded emails and I held out hope that I could introduce Mike to him, because I'm pretty sure that Greg Beck represented everything my husband will be in 20 years. So many similarities.

I just don't know what to say, except that I'm so very, very sad.
