1. Mike sold the Cadillac and bought - are you ready? - a 1986 Chevy Caprice. This is SO not my kind of car. I LOVE IT. I love driving it. I swear. It is a total pimp car, and he hasn't even done anything to it yet. Don't tell him, though. I'll never admit it.
2. Today I told a lie. My grandmother said she thought my dining room was crazy (which it is). She said she understood that I had to put all of that stuff SOMEWHERE, but it looked completely crazy. The lie came when I told her that it wasn't always that much of a mess - that I had just been working on Paper Pixie stuff a lot this week. (We all know that it's a rare occasion that my dining room DOESN'T look like that.)
3. I read a blog the other day that made me feel embarrassed. I'm not posting a link here because I just don't want to spread the negativity, but I'm going to say that it's a "gossip" blog for scrapbookers (and come on, people, do we really NEED a gossip blog?). I read all the crappy things these women had to say, and it made me feel embarrassed to be a member of the scrapbooking world. First, because their comments were directed to people like me, and then because I don't want to be associated with people like this in any way.
4. I put off some work that really needed to be done in favor of scrapbooking last night. Not a wise choice, but it felt SO damned good. Wanna see?

yeah, I've read that blog before. I couldn't believe it when I very first found it... I was like, do people really have nothing better to do than this??
You should ALWAYS scrap instead of work!!! lol ALWAYS!!!
And as for the "gossip" blog... my thoughts are everyone should STOP reading it, and maybe it will go away!!! It's Horrid!
