Overheard

In my favorite local scrapbooking store today, and this is the conversation..

Owner: Can I help you find something?
Customer: Yes. I need these in black and white.
Owner: I'm sorry, that's the first color that we sold out of..
Customer: That figures.
Owner: Uhm.. can I help you with anything else?
Customer: No. Nothing else.
Owner: Ok... just let me know..
Customer: I just can't ever seem to find what I'm looking for.
Owner: Well have you been to our other store?
Customer: You have another store?
Owner: Yes, we do, and they have very different products from what we carry here.
Customer: Why would you do that?
Owner: Well, we're niche stores - we cater to different customers.
Customer: Where is this store?
Owner: It's up north on -
Customer: Nope, not interested.

Ok, I understand if you're having a bad day, but was this really necessary?
