This Week in Adjectives

Stressful, joyful, hilarious, fun, sad, busy, touching, nostalgic, tender.

Stuff that made me happy:

~ Zion shaking his booty.
~ The lady at Starbucks spelling my name correctly without asking.
~ Seeing my niece and nephews for the first time in MONTHS.
~ Hearing the excitement in my niece's voice when my car pulled up. ("Aunt Sara's here! We haven't seen her in forever!")
~ Archiver's with Vera, Erika, and Vicki.
~ Zion making himself at home in the sleep number bed store.
~ Pomegranite margaritas with Erika.
~ Seeing my husband visibly relax for the first time in almost four years.
~ Afternoon at Martha's with Christina and kiddos.

Stuff that made me cringe:

~ Zion knocking a hole in his bedroom wall with the rocking chair.
~ Zion knocking out his window with the same rocking chair.
~ Zion dumping an entire bottle of Rose Sandalwood bubble bath in my bed. (do you see a recurring theme here?)
~ The stupid wi-fi at the Roasterie NOT WORKING.
~ Fancy Pants not sending my backordered stamps. Ever.
~ Drama. Drama. Drama.
~ My husband coming home at 3:30 in the afternoon and announcing that he is no longer employed.

This has been a long, long week. I could use some prayers if anyone's listening. :)
