I hate this day.

Today = not a good day. Let me summarize:

~ Found out at 2am that well over half of the product we intended to order for the crop is out of stock. Insert F-bomb here. Now we have to revamp our entire plan and order product that we hadn't planned on ordering. We're going to end up revamping half of our kits.

~ Called Heather this morning to tell her what I found out, and she was at the hospital waiting on the surgeon to come and tell her if they needed to cut her daughters' hand open. Kid #2 had been kept home from school for being sick. She was a mess; poor girl.

~ Late for my Quick Cards class. Bummer. Had to leave early because I promised my grandma I'd get Zion at a reasonable time, so I ended up messing up one card really bad and just not even starting another one.

~ Was invited on a playdate that I was really excited about because it's been so long since Zion's had anyone his age to play with. Had to cancel because when I got home there were two big boxes of stuff sitting on my front porch that I had to inventory and organize for the crop next week.

~ We tried to pick up Mike's prescription yesterday, but Walgreens and the doctor's office had problems coordinating and we didn't get it last night. We spent the entire evening running around after these prescriptions. After going to the Walgreens at 63rd & Troost, then 45th & Troost, then 39th & Broadway (and an hours' worth of phone calls with the pharmacy manager there), Mike ended up driving his sick ass to 75th and Metcalf at 11:00 at night. We're still not positive he has the right medication.

~ Now I'm sitting here with my cup of tea (see picture above - new Pooh Bear coffee cups, thanks to my mama) trying my DAMNEDEST to unwind and NOT think about the whole "driving-all-over-north-kansas-city-and-liberty-in-the-morning" thing. I also have a doctor's appointment in Overland Park at 2:30 in the afternoon.

I am tired of this day. It's bedtime now.
