I just walked by a mirror and literally didn't recognize myself. I weigh more now than I did when I was pregnant, and it's ridiculous. I'm embarrassed to leave the house.
So I guess that means it's time for me to embark on another 21-day challenge. I'm starting by giving up fast food. No more McDonalds, Wendy's or Arby's. Cooking at home is the way to go, right?

Good luck, I've got about 10 weeks until it really gets serious for me to be able to start trying to lose weight again.
I like your method of taking small steps to reach your goal.
